Employee Engagement is the involvement and enthusiasm of employees in both their work and workplace. Current data shows that highly engaged teams outperform the rest in business outcomes which is critical to the success of the organization.  


However, a recent Gallup Poll found that only 33% of the American workforce are engaged.
