About Roger Jans

Owner, Roger Jans has over 35 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and his work experiences have been quoted in the book, Fundamentals of Human Resources Management (11th edition, 2013) and was Pandit Dasa’s, a Mindful Leadership expert and author, first Podcast guest.

 

Roger has been involved with the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC – New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware Chapter) where he served on the Diversity Action Committee; The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR -NJ chapter) where he served as Recording Secretary from 2010 – 2012; and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

 

Roger possesses several certifications in Human Resources, Personality Assessments and Coaching  He also holds a BA in Sociology from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
